If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Client," or "You") and Apex Studios ("Company," "We," or "Us").
Apex Studios reserves the right to modify or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically for any updates or changes.
Apex Studios provides studio rental services for photography, videography, and podcasting projects. The use of studio spaces and equipment is subject to availability and prior booking. All bookings must be made through our online booking system or by contacting our studio management at 512-555-1212 or [email protected].
Clients are responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary licenses, permits, and permissions for their projects. Apex Studios is not responsible for any legal issues arising from the client's failure to obtain the required documentation. All users must adhere to the studio's policies regarding noise levels, safety precautions, and equipment handling. Failure to comply with these policies may result in the termination of your booking and potential liability for any damages incurred.
The studio spaces are intended for professional use. Any commercial activity must be conducted in accordance with local, state, and federal laws. Clients are prohibited from engaging in any unlawful or unethical activities while using the studio spaces. This includes, but is not limited to, the production or distribution of illegal content, harassment of other users, and violation of intellectual property rights.
Apex Studios is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury to persons or property while on our premises. Clients are responsible for securing their personal belongings and equipment. We maintain insurance coverage for our facilities and equipment, but clients are encouraged to obtain their own insurance coverage for their projects and equipment.
In no event shall Apex Studios, its officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of our studio spaces or services. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits, business interruption, or loss of data.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Apex Studios, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of our studio spaces or services, your violation of these Terms and Conditions, or your infringement of any intellectual property or other rights of any person or entity.
Specifically, clients are responsible for any damage to the studio equipment or facilities caused by their actions or negligence. Repair or replacement costs will be assessed and billed to the client. Please report any pre-existing damages before commencing your session to avoid being held responsible. Our studio manager, Evelyn Reed, will conduct a pre- and post-session inspection.
Apex Studios reserves the right to terminate your access to the studio spaces and services at any time, with or without cause. Reasons for termination may include, but are not limited to, violation of these Terms and Conditions, failure to pay fees, disruptive behavior, or illegal activities. In the event of termination, you will not be entitled to a refund of any fees paid.
You may terminate your booking by providing written notice to Apex Studios at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled session. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session may be subject to a cancellation fee. Any outstanding balances must be paid in full upon termination. Apex Studios shall not be liable for any costs incurred due to the termination of services.
Upon termination, you must immediately cease using the studio spaces and services and remove all your personal belongings and equipment from the premises. Any items left behind after the termination date will be considered abandoned and may be disposed of by Apex Studios without notice.
All studio rental fees and service charges are outlined on our Pricing page. Payment is due at the time of booking, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers. Overtime charges will be assessed for sessions exceeding the booked time, calculated in 30-minute increments at the agreed-upon hourly rate.
Late payment fees may apply for payments not received within the specified timeframe. Apex Studios reserves the right to modify our pricing structure at any time, but will provide reasonable notice of any changes. A security deposit may be required for certain bookings, which will be refunded upon satisfactory inspection of the studio and equipment after your session. Any damages or excessive cleaning requirements will be deducted from the security deposit.

Clients retain ownership of all intellectual property rights to the content they create while using the Apex Studios facilities. However, clients grant Apex Studios the right to use photographs and videos of the studio space (excluding client content) for promotional purposes on our website, social media, and marketing materials. We will never share or exploit your created content without your explicit written consent.
Clients must ensure that they have the necessary rights and permissions to use any third-party intellectual property, including music, images, and trademarks, in their projects. Apex Studios is not responsible for any copyright infringement or other intellectual property violations committed by clients.
Apex Studios’ logo, trademarks, and website content are protected by intellectual property laws. Clients are prohibited from using these materials without our express written consent. Unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in legal action.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas.
